``புதுமையும், சரியான திட்டமிடலும் இருந்தால் போதும் எந்த புது முயற்சியிலும் வெற்றி பெறலாம்" எனத் தன்னம்பிக்கை பொங்கப்  பேசும் காயத்ரி, ஆன்லைன் வர்த்தகம் மூலமாக மரச்செக்கு எண்ணெய், வடகம், மசால் பொடி வகைகள், ஊறுகாய் போன்ற ஹோம் மேட் பொருள்களை விற்பனை செய்து வருகிறார். தன்னுடைய புதுமையான முயற்சியினால் பல வாடிக்கையாளர்களைப் பெற்றிருக்கும் காயத்ரி தன் சக்சஸ் சீக்ரெட் பற்றி நம்மிடம் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டார். ``எனக்குச் சொந்த ஊர் சேலம். படிப்பு முடிந்ததும் திருமணமாகி கணவருடன் துபாயில் செட்டில் ஆனேன். குடும்பம், குழந்தை என சராசரி வாழ்க்கையில் ஈடுபட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தேன். அதுதான் வாழ்க்கையின் எதார்த்தம் என்றாலும், சராசரி பெண்ணாக வாழ்க்கையை நகர்த்துவதில் எனக்கு விருப்பமில்லை. அதைத் தாண்டி வரவேண்டும் என்ற என் நினைப்புதான் `ஸ்ம்ரித்திகா' என்ற பெயரில் ஆன்லைன் பிசினஸாக உருவெடுக்கக் காரணமாக அமைந்தது. ``என்னுடைய சின்ன வயதில், எங்கள் ஊர் முழுவதும் வியாபாரம் கொடி கட்டிப் பறக்கும். எந்த வீட்டுக்குள் நுழைந்தாலும் துணி வியாபாரம், பாத்திர வியாபாரம், எண்ணெய் வியாபாரம் என்று அந
